This multi-talented food, cake and dessert artist, famous chef, winner of KykNet Koekedoor Season 2, businesswoman and owner of Corli's Kitchen, will share her passion for baking with us, at the first Rooibos T Festival.
From the first time she worked with batter, Corli knew she wanted to dedicate her life to baking. Today, with a cookbook (Corli's Kitchen) on the shelves, this admirable woman has already achieved many milestones in her life and is growing from strength to strength in the culinary industry. Her cookbook includes recipes inspired by her time in France, as well as some from her younger years.
As the face of Rooibos 2018 (an initiative made possible by Rooibos Ltd), Corli loves to experiment with various pastries, using rooibos in different forms, from tea bags, to espresso, to instant and flavoured rooibos -- the creative options are limitless! Her unique Rooibos recipes and tips for good flavour combinations for pastries and other dishes will definitely inspire you to try rooibos in your baking.
Entry to this demonstration and other talks are part of your entrance fee: bring a friend or two, and have a lovely time in the demonstration room. Book in advance, space is limited.
